Oh. God. Yes. I hate running with a passion usually reserved for ex-girlfriends that have gone on to date more attractive men (all of them), and anyone that calls themself a “foodie”. In fact, running and thrusters are the two things I silently pray not to see as I vigorously click refresh on my gym’s website, waiting for the next day’s WOD to be posted.
Obviously, this is a problem. And it’s a problem that I need to address. So, when I saw this article on The Box, I decided to give it a read. The basic theme of the article is: do it, suffer through it, and it will get better.
